Timing Belongs to the LORD God

Sarah wanted to give Abraham a son so the covenant between the LORD God and Abraham would be fulfilled and that Abraham would be the “father of many nations.” Sarah was trying to control her destine as well as that of Abraham. It was not in her timing, nor was it in the timing of Abraham that he should become the “father of many nations”. The timing belongs to the LORD. Timing always belongs to the LORD.

Know What You Believe

My sisters in Christ; we are in such dangerous times with so many people trying to confuse us as to what we believe, there are so many fast-growing religions that are overtaking the world and so many “pretty perfumed pretend” Christians who are confused in what they believe yet claim to be sure of the teachings and being successful in changing what we believe.

What kind of a worker are you?

The church is a place where there can be found lots of workers. They all work for their own reasons. There are many jobs that must be done to prepare for the harvest. Faithfulness is the bonding that preserves our faith so we can be dependable and trusting to the LORD. Because the LORD God is trustworthy with us, we can be faith-worthy in Him and too Him!

The World of Reality verses the World of the Unseen

The unseen is considered faith. Hebrew 11:1-3 describes faith as “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” It is because of our faith we are convinced of the truth and belief in our relationship to…

Nurturing versus Nature

There has been a nature-nurture controversy for years to figure out which is more important in the growth of children. The truth is it takes both nature and nurturing to raise a child so they can bring glory to the LORD. Scripture gives help as to what to teach children and how to teach them. It is our responsibility as Women of Christ equipping our children to have an understanding, perceiving and judging as they journey through life putting away…
