He was filled with the Holy Ghost in his mother’s womb. He turned many children of Israel to the LORD God, many hearts of the fathers to the children, and many disobedient to the wisdom of the just. He possessed the spirit and power of Elijah, as he made ready a people prepared for the Lord Jesus Christ to come.
